1. Return Policy
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging (new in box).
- The item must be returned with all parts, manuals, and accessories included.
- You must provide a valid reason for your return by contacting us at hello@thehomeoffice.co before proceeding with the return.
We do not charge any restocking fees, but customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us via email at hello@thehomeoffice.co with your order details and the reason for the return.
- We will provide you with the return instructions, including the address to ship your return.
- Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund.
2. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us via email at hello@thehomeoffice.co within 24 hours of placing the order. Orders cannot be canceled after this period as they may already be in the shipping process.
3. Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item received, damaged item).
